Service Package

Rental of the DR2 Theatre comes with a professional theatre staff consisting of a Treasurer, House Manager, Usher, and Porter. The service package also includes use of our lighting and sound equipment, HVAC use, and two backlit poster cases on the outside of the theatre.  For rates, please contact us.  For more information on the Technical Specifications, click here.

Ticketing

DR2 has teamed with Telecharge.com to offer the best ticketing service agreement to incoming productions. Except for a $0.20 per ticket charge, the Tele-Charge service adds no additional cost to the production.

The Space

• Lobby: Newly renovated space containing its own box office, concession area and restroom facility.

• House:99 seats.  Please visit our Theatre Specs page for a detailed rendering of the stage and seating layout.

• Production Office: Rental of the space includes its own private office equipped with telephone and outlets available for fax/computer connection. Local phone service included with Service Package.

• Control Room: The technical control room has its own light and sound board. It has direct sight lines to the stage and communication capability to both the back of the theatre and the dressing rooms.

• Dressing Rooms2 large dressing rooms (17'x 12') equipped with wall to wall mirrors, proper lighting and an intercom system.

• Lighting and Sound: Packages included, with the ability to expand available (See Technical Specifications for detailed inventory)

• Communication: Clear Com system included

• Drapery: One basic black and two legs included

• Air Conditioning: House, lobby, control room, and office are air conditioned.

• Poster Cases: Two lit poster cases (55¾" x 27¾" with a ¼" border) on building exterior for your exclusive use
